Thank you for supporting Small Creations By Skye. As many of our products are handmade, personalised, or made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

-Processing Times

All orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product listing or at the time of ordering.

Processing times may vary depending on:

-Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

-Shipping Charges

Lost parcel claims may be subject to the delivery provider's investigation procedures and timescales.

-Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Where possible, please provide:

* Photographs of the packaging
* Photographs of the damaged item

Please retain all packaging and items until your claim has been reviewed.

- International Orders

Small Creations By Skye may accept international orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges imposed by their local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

- Event Orders and Custom Requests

Products required for specific events should be ordered well in advance of the event date.

While every effort will be made to meet requested deadlines, Small Creations By Skye cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless agreed in writing.
