By placing an order with Small Creations By Skye, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
Small Creations By Skye is a UK-based small business specialising in handmade jewellery, accessories and other handmade creations.
As many of our products are individually handmade, slight variations may occur between items. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and make each piece unique.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
* A product is unavailable.
* An incorrect price or product information has been displayed.
* We are unable to fulfil the order.
* Fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Handmade Products
Our products are handmade with care, which means there may occasionally be slight variations in:
* Colour
* Pattern
* Shape
* Size
* Bead placement
* Other handmade details
These small differences are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
5. Personalised & Custom-Made Products
Customers are responsible for checking that all information supplied for personalised or custom-made products is correct, including names, spellings, colours, dates and other requested details.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you realise you have made a mistake.
Once production of a personalised or custom-made item has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly.
6. Processing & Delivery
As many Small Creations By Skye products are handmade, processing times may vary.
Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided on our website where applicable.
Delivery times provided by postal or courier services are estimates and delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.
If you realise that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Small Creations By Skye cannot accept responsibility for additional costs or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
8. Returns & Change of Mind
Your return rights depend on the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the return.
Where you have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase, please contact Small Creations By Skye within the applicable cancellation period.
Personalised and genuinely custom-made products are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
Products must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by Small Creations By Skye.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take care when making and packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
When contacting us, please provide:
* Your order number
* A description of the problem
* Clear photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect item
* Photographs of the packaging where relevant
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods are not affected by this policy.
10. Returning Damaged or Faulty Items
In most cases, damaged, faulty or incorrect products will need to be returned to Small Creations By Skye before a refund or replacement is completed.
We will provide appropriate return instructions once your claim has been reviewed.
Customers should **not dispose of a damaged, faulty or incorrect item** until the claim has been reviewed and Small Creations By Skye has confirmed whether the product needs to be returned.
Failure to retain an item may affect our ability to investigate the claim or provide a remedy where we reasonably require the product to be returned, although this does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Where goods are confirmed as faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your legal rights, Small Creations By Skye will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
11. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will normally process it once the relevant returned item has been received and inspected, where a return is reasonably required.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds will be processed within the relevant legal timeframe.
12. Replacements
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate and in accordance with your consumer rights.
Where a replacement has been agreed, we will aim to prepare and dispatch it as soon as reasonably possible.
13. Fraudulent or Deliberately Damaged Claims
Small Creations By Skye reserves the right to investigate claims where there is reasonable evidence suggesting that an item may have been deliberately damaged, altered after delivery, misused, or where a claim may be fraudulent.
Each claim will be assessed fairly and individually, and we may request photographs, return of the product, packaging, or other reasonable supporting information.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement where evidence reasonably demonstrates that damage resulted from misuse, deliberate damage, alteration after delivery or a fraudulent claim, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.
14. Normal Wear, Accidental Damage & Jewellery Care
Our jewellery and accessories should be treated with care.
To help keep your items looking their best, we recommend:
* Avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and chemicals.
* Removing jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising.
* Avoiding sleeping while wearing delicate jewellery.
* Storing jewellery somewhere clean and dry.
* Handling beads, charms and delicate components carefully.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper storage, misuse or failure to care for the product appropriately is not normally considered a manufacturing fault.
This does not affect your rights where a product was faulty when supplied.
15. Event & Custom Bookings
Small Creations By Skye may accept enquiries for events, custom orders or other services.
Additional information, prices, deposits and terms may be agreed separately depending on the nature of the booking.
Where a deposit is required, you will be informed of the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before confirming the booking.
16. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Small Creations By Skye are subject to any validity period and redemption conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
If a gift card is purchased for another person, the purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient information.
Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, product descriptions, branding, graphics, designs, logos and other content appearing on the Small Creations By Skye website belong to Small Creations By Skye.
They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.
18. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Small Creations By Skye will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
